All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive in 12-16 business days (depending on your location and local postal service).

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package using the link provided.

Delayed Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 16 business days from the shipping date, we will automatically issue you a Gift Card (discount coupon) as compensation for the delay. No need to contact us — we will send it directly to your email.
